After talking with the new manager Fred I have found a dealer the treats me like a valued customer. I called on the phone one day what I wanted, gave info on my trade in & I had numbers the next day to fit my budget. Picked up my truck the next day & processing was fast & easy.

My husband and I recently purchased a used 2015 Ford Fusion. After doing a lot of research, we felt that we were getting a very good deal. The staff, including the salesman, Rhett, and the Business Mgr. Meryl were friendly, courteous, and professional in all interactions. We saw a good friend, Janet, while there also. We have been looking for a good used car for a little bit of time. In talking with one dealer, they were going to add on a $595 administrative fee and another $500 "conditioning" fee! This dealer was in our state's capital and we would never deal with a company that did business in this manner. Herlong does not charge any administrative fees and offers you a good deal on your transactions. we would recommend them. This vehicle was a 3rd vehicle, but we would consider them for new vehicle purchases also in the future.

All around an excellent experience. Took a little bit for me to find the right "fit " due to health conditions, but everyone there busted their tail to accommodate me, and my needs . These are very caring folks who know their jobs inside & out.
